Where do the quotes come from?
From your own rate card. You set your prices for move sizes, distance, and extras in the portal, and the AI quotes only from those numbers. It never invents a price.
What if a caller wants a human?
The AI can transfer the call straight to your cell. You decide when that happens, and everything else still gets captured as a lead with a call summary.
What happens if a caller does not place a deposit?
Their name, number, move details, and a summary of the call land in your contact book automatically, so you can follow up when they're ready.
